The Ensembles box displays all the music ensembles your school currently offers and is used to manage and communicate with the various ensembles.
When one of more ensembles is selected the student and calendar panels display information related to the selected ensembles.
When only one ensemble is selected you will have the options to update the selected ensemble details including ensemble contacts and rehearsal times and to manage the ensemble parent roster.
You are also able to perform multiple functions with the ensemble(s) you selected from the Dashboard Ensembles list:
- Send an email to all members of the ensemble(s) you selected or to certain members in the ensemble(s) you have selected.
- Add Conductor names, Co-ordinator names and rehearsal information for a selected ensemble. This screen is also used to delete an ensemble from your dashboard ensemble list. The Manage Ensemble button can only be used for one ensemble at a time.
- Create and/or view the parent supervision roster for the ensemble you selected and to set reminders to avoid parents missing duty. The Roster button can only be used for one ensemble at a time.
