Before creating invoices you need do a onetime setup using the ‘Invoice-Setup’ menu option.
Use this screen to format the headers and footers of your invoice, sequence your invoice numbers with your accounting package and to map your invoice line items to your accounting package.
Once you have setup and saved the above information you will be ready to create invoices.
Invoice Number
Enter the invoice number for your first invoice, this number will increment by 1 for each invoice created.Invoice

Customise your invoices by adding in headers and footers here. See a sample header and footer at the end of this section.
Accounts Setup
Under Account Setup on the right hand side add all your account types: Terms Fee, Music Camp etc.The Account number should be the number used for this account in your account package (eg MYOB or other). It will be used to export your account data, so it can be imported into the correct accounts in your accounts package. If you are not using an accounts package enter any number for the account number.
Once you have setup and saved the above information you will be ready to create invoices.
