Once you create a set of Invoices you will be taken to the View Invoice page, shown below.

You can filter this list to display all invoices, open invoices or closed invoices. You can also filter the list by date range. The list can be further filtered using the filter row just below the column headings.




Double click on an invoice row to view or edit the invoice



Double click on any invoice item to edit it. To delete an item single click on the item to select it, then click the ‘Delete Item’ button.


Click on ‘Add Item’ to add a new item to the invoice.


Discounts can be entered using negative values.


To email out your invoices click on the green Send Email bar near the top of the screen.



Select an email template to use or enter your email details. Be sure to select ‘Include Invoice’ if you would like to include the invoice with your email. Note the invoice is added to the end of your email and is not as an attachment.


Filter your list of invoices as described above to the group of parents you would like to send the invoices to.


The label next to the Send Email button will let you know how many invoices will be sent.
