Adding Relevant Students to the Band Camp Module
Students that have the option to attend band camp need to be added to the band camp module. For example if only the Concert Band is going on camp, you only need to add the Concert Band to the camp module.
To add the children to the camp module, go to the ‘All Students’ section under ‘Ensembles’
Filter the list of students you would like to add to the band camp for example to ‘Concert Band’ using the top filter.
Once you have filtered the list, you may exclude individual students by un-selecting the check box next to a student’s name.
Once you are happy with the list, click the ‘Bulk Update’ button at the bottom of the student list.
This will open up the screen shot below:Tick the ‘Add to Band Camp List’ option and click ‘Save’. This will add all the selected students in the list to the Band Camp Module.
If you have children that are on the list in the band camp module that you would like to remove, you can use the same method above and then tick the ‘Remove from ‘Band Camp List’ and click ‘Save’ which will remove the child/ren from the list.
