Emailing Registration Instructions to Band Camp Students

Once you have added all the necessary children to the list, you can go to the ‘Band Camp’  ‘Band Camp Registration’ Screen. You will then see the list of all the children you selected in the ‘All Students’ section on the list here.

Here you can view the details of all the children’s registrations. You will be able to see when parents have completed the registrations and also the answers to the questions in the forms that were asked. There is a key at the bottom of the list to let you know what each questions asked was.

Email the Camp Registrations to Parents
To send out the camp registration to parents, click the green ‘Send Email’ bar at the top of the page. This will drop down the usual Email panel used throughout the system.

You can create your registration email or use a previously saved email template. To add the link to the registration form in the email, use the ‘Camp Registration’ option on the ‘Personalise Email’ bar. This will add the link to the registration form to the email specific for each student.

Once you have completed your email, you can click ‘Send Email’ to send the email with the link to the permission forms to the parents.
