Customising your Re-Enrolments Page
The Re-Enrolments page is similar to the registration page where you can customise the information and questions you have on the webpage that the parents fill in.
The Re-Enrolment setup page is found in the administration page under 'Setup' --> 'Re-Enrolments'.
Complete all the details of the setup and click 'Save' when you have completed all the information.
If you would like parents to accept your terms and conditions, you need to put a comment into the 'Accept Terms Text' which will force the parents to agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
Re-Enrolment Email is an email template you can create which will automatically be sent to the parents when the parent has completed the re-enrolment process.
Re-Enrolment Questions
All questions have 2 lines:
- Question Line - These are your own custom questions. Answers to these questions are either 'Yes', 'No' or '-'

Instructions - This is where you put can write an instruction on what you would like in an optional comment box under the question. If you leave the instructions empty, no comment box will be displayed below the questions.
The 1st question under the re-enrolment questions is a fixed question asking if the child will be continuing in the music program for the year. You can word the question as you would like in the Question box.
