Assigning Students to Tuition Groups and Private Lessons
Use the 'Tuition' Menu Option to get to the list of students.
Students can be assigned to tuition groups or they can be assigned to private lessons.
Assign Students to Tuition Groups
To assign a group of students to a tuition group:
- Filter the list to find the relevant students
- Tick the box next to their name to include them in the group
- Click the 'Add to Group' button
- Select the group from the drop-down list. If the group does not exist yet, type the new group name in the in the empty textbox and then click the 'Create' button to create the group
To assign a student to a private lesson:
- Find the student in the list of students
- Tick the box next to their name
- Click the 'Tuition Details' button
- Enter the details of the student's tuition lesson and click 'Save'
- If the venue is not in the list of venues, type the venue name in the empty textbox and the click the 'Create' button to create the venue
